Some of the UK’s leading health professionals will be putting their patient experience credentials on the line at a special awards ceremony in Birmingham on 18 January. Thirty teams from the NHS and private health sector will be competing for six major awards from the prestigious Patient Experience Network which are being hosted at the city’s Birmingham and Midland Institute.
The Penna awards, which are in their second year of existence and are being sponsondered by CRT, showcase the very best patient experience work in the UK today.
“The quality of entry in this year’s awards has been of an extremely high standard”, said Ruth Evans, Director of the Patient Experience Network. “The bar has been raised significantly over the last twelve months and Wednesday’s national awards ceremony will be a celebration of the many successes health care professaionals have delivered”.
