Customer Research Technology (CRT), the award-winning provider of real-time patient feedback technologies are celebrating 3 big contract wins within the NHS.

CRT have commenced projects with Dartford & Gravesham, Barts & The London Trust and Warrington PCT. All were looking for a way of capturing patient feedback that would allow them to gather and analyse meaningful data that they could use to make a real difference to their patient care levels.
