Training and Development from CRT
As part of the implementation of any solution, CRT hosts training workshops to meet your user requirements. Our enjoyable workshops and seminars cover all aspects of the patient feedback services purchased, giving you the skills to use our ViewPoint Patient Survey Software, feedback devices and other services with confidence. 
Where appropriate, we will train your super-users to pass their skills on to your team as required. We call this 'train the trainer'.

CRT recognises that training is an ongoing requirement. As such, we offer refresher courses and training for new members of your team throughout the year.
We also run regular forums in Coventry where you can meet other health clients, share best practice and be amongst the first to view our latest software updates.
