With ViewPoint RCS, you can manage surveys at different locations with our user-friendly online location maintenance tool.  Alternatively, let us take care of your survey needs at your different sites with our managed services.

Patient Survey Control

If you choose to self managed your patient feedback, monitoring response rates is easy – you can view them by survey and then by location. You'll also be able to see the time & date of each response and assess how well how well a survey is working and if the touchscreen itself is in the best location.

If changes are considered necessary, users can apply this information by logging in to change the surveys or deploy them to different locations.

Deploying Surveys - decide your survey locations and assign devices to them.
Monitor response rates - are your devices in the right locations? Are you asking the right questions?
Collect your data - Your opportunity to edit your surveys to improve response rates or begin to analyse the results and produce reports in our Survey Analysis Function
